ESD is a member of the USGBC and over half of our engineers/designers are LEED Accredited Professionals. Our staff also includes ASHRAE Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP), Certified Energy Managers (CEM), and WELL Accredited Professionals (WELL AP). One of our Vice Presidents and Electrical Engineers served as USGBC Arizona's Green School Advocate for two years. Through this relationship, we offered support and education to Arizona's schools and the community about the importance of indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and water reduction.

We incorporate "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design" in all of our projects - starting with establishing goals, continuously coordinating with our clients, and finishing with the commissioning of the building systems. Our place in the "green movement" is clear. We will continue to educate and provide energy efficient, creative design, and sustainable solutions. Embracing environmental best practices, our designs are based on an energy-saving strategy that provides optimal comfort and healthy interior environments.
