Snooze is Coming to The Stewart!

ESD is excited to announce the opening of THE STEWART, a new mixed-use development located in Downtown Phoenix, at which we completed the MEP designs for. In collaboration with CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, ASPIRANT DEVELOPMENT, and CCBG Architects, Inc., the estimated $50 million, 325,000 SF development includes a 19-story, luxury high-rise apartment tower, 6,300 square feet of lower level commercial retail space, and several state-of-the-art amenities for their residents. It has been confirmed that The Stewart is currently accepting tenants, and that the widely popular, Denver-based chain Snooze Eatery restaurant will occupy 4,000+ SF of the retail space and is expected to open in late spring of 2019.
