Hearne Plaza Parking Garage Lights Up Gilbert
Providing MEP designs for the new 600 space Hearne Plaza Parking Garage was an engineer's dream. Specialty LED lighting was incorporated throughout the garage as well as external LED lighting designs to reflect the aesthetic cohesiveness of the Downtown Gilbert Heritage District.

Madison Center for the Arts selected for ‘outstanding design’
The Madison School District recently completed their brand new, $13 million, 24,500 square foot performing arts center, located in North-Central Phoenix. The 900-seat performance center has a variety of purposes such as dance, music, theater and art shows; and will be utilized by all eight schools in the district, therefore 5,500 children in the community will have access to the venue.

The City of Phoenix had a vision to transform the former Stewart Motor Company (Circa 1947) into a new, mixed-use development for Downtown Phoenix; while still preserving a portion of the historical landmark, known as the Circles Records and Tapes building.
