Hearne Plaza Parking Garage Lights Up Gilbert
Providing MEP designs for the new 600 space Hearne Plaza Parking Garage was an engineer's dream. Specialty LED lighting was incorporated throughout the garage as well as external LED lighting designs to reflect the aesthetic cohesiveness of the Downtown Gilbert Heritage District.

Transformation of the Peoria City Complex
The City of Peoria City Complex faced many ongoing challenges over the years, including water quality issues at their cooling tower and costly inefficient and failing chiller compressors. ESD coordinated a detailed, phased construction plan and worked under the constraints of space limitations, noise issues, and project budget for the new cooling system; in collaboration with DFDG Architecture, Logan Simpson, Haydon BC, and TD Industries Inc.
The Stewart in Downtown Phoenix is Now Open!
The City of Phoenix had a vision to transform the former Stewart Motor Company (Circa 1947) into a new, mixed-use development for Downtown Phoenix; while still preserving a portion of the historical landmark, known as the Circles Records and Tapes building.
