The Stewart in Downtown Phoenix is Now Open!

The City of Phoenix had a vision to transform the former Stewart Motor Company (Circa 1947) into a new, mixed-use development for Downtown Phoenix; while still preserving a portion of the historical landmark, known as the Circles Records and Tapes building. The Stewart, a 19-story, 312-unit luxury apartment building, officially opened to the public on May 22nd of this year. The Downtown Phoenix development was created in collaboration with CCBG Architects, UEB Builders; and ESD for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing designs. The 466,000 GSF high-rise building includes 6,300 square feet of lower level commercial retail space, several state-of-the-art amenities for their residents, and a 4,000 SF Denver-based chain Snooze Eatery restaurant.
