Seven years ago today, we celebrated the Grand Opening of the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix @palomarphx; a significant final piece of @REDDevelopment’s @CityScapePHX in @downtownphoenix. ESD provided engineering services which included integration with the Downtown Phoenix district cooling system, Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, and plumbing piping systems fabrication drawings.

It is exemplary projects like this that have reinvigorated our downtown core and we can’t wait to create more!  @PKStructural @CityofPhoenixAZ
