ESD Receives 2019 RED "Best Mixed-Use Project" Award

Arizona’s 2019 Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards were held last week and ESD is ecstatic to announce that Union Tempe took home the Best Mixed-Use Project of the year! ESD completed the electrical designs alongside Wilson Electric Services Corp, The Opus Group, and Sundt Construction, Inc. This $160 Million, 850,000 GSF development consists of two high-rise apartment towers connected to 31,000 SF of retail and restaurant space. A 200-key Canopy by Hilton Hotel is also included in this monumental project.
