Blanco Tacos + Tequila Coming to Block 23!

In collaboration with OMNIPLAN Architects, Energy Systems Design has completed MEP engineering for the monumental, mixed-use Block 23 project. This DOWNTOWN PHOENIX, AZ development includes a 10-story, 330 apartment residential tower, 155,000 SF of creative office space, 68,000 SF of retail and plenty of parking for residents and the community. ESD designed the core and shell of the retail, office space, and parking garage. Currently, we are working on Block 23’s first restaurant tenant, a 7,000 SF FOX RESTAURANT CONCEPTS - BLANCO TACOS + TEQUILA.

Block 23 is expected to be completed in the early months of 2019 and is already being described as a “metropolitan game-changer” due to its accessibility, liveliness, and aesthetic for Downtown Phoenix. Blanco Tacos + Tequila is expected to open its doors by the end of 2019.
