ESD is providing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering for the Salt River Project (SRP) - Project Administration Building, Betterment Project; a complete renovation, addition and restack of 430,000 SF Project Administration Building (PAB) including replacement of all MEP and life safety systems, new kitchen and cafeteria, and complete reformat of interior circulation.
Project Award: CBRE 360 Office, Phoenix
MEP designs created for 75,000 square feet of renovations amongst 3 floors of CBRE Group Phoenix’s new office space.
