Transformation of the Peoria City Complex
The City of Peoria City Complex faced many ongoing challenges over the years, including water quality issues at their cooling tower and costly inefficient and failing chiller compressors. ESD coordinated a detailed, phased construction plan and worked under the constraints of space limitations, noise issues, and project budget for the new cooling system; in collaboration with DFDG Architecture, Logan Simpson, Haydon BC, and TD Industries Inc.

Ball Goodyear Plant Selected as 'Industrial Build to Suit' Project of the Year
ESD has another fantastic award to announce- NAIOP ARIZONA CHAPTER selected the BALL CORPORATION Goodyear Plant as the Industrial Build to Suit project of the year! ESD provided mechanical and electrical engineering designs for the 495,000-square-foot facility which consists of primarily manufacturing areas, but also includes warehouse and office space.
Project Award: SCC Cloud Song Center
ESD had completed MEP engineering for the new 31,000 square foot building, which includes six classrooms, an accounting and statistics learning center, faculty offices and student support space. In collaboration with Architekton and SCC, the goal was to be certified LEED Silver

Arizona Oncology’s new state-of-the-art cancer treatment center opened its new location at the ASU Research Park in June 2017, offering the latest cancer treatment services to patients in Phoenix and the East Valley.
